Specializing in percussive-fingerstyle, he transforms the six strings into an entire orchestra, blending rhythm, harmony and melody into a single cinematic sound.
Born in Belluno, his artistic quest pushed him to travel. After graduating from the Music High School, he journeyed across Europe for two years — from Germany to Spain — performing in small theaters and honing his style through busking. In 2022, he participated in the Ferrara Buskers Festival.
This period of exploration was solidified by masterclasses with world-class innovators such as Don Ross, Jon Gomm, Alexandr Misko, Thomas Leeb, and Calum Graham. He currently continues to perfect his technique and artistic vision under the guidance of Davide Mastrangelo.
Alessandro's sound is a unique tapestry woven from diverse influences. It bridges the gap between the historic folk fingerstyle traditions of John Renbourn and Rick Ruskin and the rhythmic intensity of modern percussive guitarists, all underpinned by the structural elegance of early 20th-century classical music. Yet, for Alessandro, technique is never the end goal, but simply the means to express emotion.
His career is marked by both artistic and social commitment. During his time in Milan, following the devastation of Storm Vaia, he founded and co-designed "Belluno Alza La Voce", a fundraising project that earned the Pelmo D’Oro award for volunteer initiatives.
He founded and coordinated the Sala Prove (Rehearsal Room) project at the Casa Dei Beni Comuni in Belluno for two years. He is now working on a new studio album — an introspective yet dynamic collection of tracks traversing bright, suspended soundscapes.
